UHD-400AT20X เป็นกล้องวิดีโอประเภท PTZ คุณภาพสูง ความละเอียดของภาพสูงสุด 4K@30Hz Ultra HD ให้ภาพที่คมชัด มาพร้อมประสิทธิภาพการขยายภาพขั้นสูง เก็บทุกรายละเอียดด้วย Optical Zoom (ซูมผ่านเลนส์) สูงสุด 20 เท่า + Digital Zoom (ซูมผ่านระบบดิจิตอล) สูงสุด 16 เท่า และมีเทคโนโลยี AI ในตัว ที่ช่วยประมวลผลจัดการภาพได้อย่างอัจฉริยะ ให้การใช้งานที่ง่ายขึ้น มาพร้อมพร้อม Auto Tracking ในตัว จับภาพ และติดตามการเคลื่อนไหวของผู้บรรยาย หรือเป้าหมายให้โดยอัตโนมัติ ทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่น และแม่นยำ อีกทั้ง Auto Framing ในตัว จับภาพ และจัดการภาพของบุคคลให้อยู่ในเฟรมเดียวกันได้โดยอัตโนมัติ ระหว่างผู้ร่วมประชุม หรือผู้บรรยาย ตัวกล้องสามารถรองรับการจ่ายไฟได้ 2 แบบ โดยใช้งานผ่าน Power Adapter และระบบ PoE ได้ ทำให้สามารถเลือกการเชื่อมต่อกระแสไฟได้อย่างอิสระ

UHD-400AT20X มีการตั้งค่าที่เรียบง่าย และยืดหยุ่น ด้วยพอร์ตการเชื่อมต่อแบบ Plug & Play เชื่อมต่อกับ Notebook หรือ PC (สามารถทำงานร่วมกันกับระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows ตั้งแต่เวอร์ชั่น 10 ขึ้นไป และระบบปฏิบัติการ MacOS ตั้งแต่เวอร์ชั่น 10 ขึ้นไป) สามารถใช้งานได้ทันที ผ่าน USB และรองรับพอร์ต HDMI ที่สามารถเชื่อมต่อกับจอแสดงผลได้ มีรีโมทคอนโทรลที่สามารถควบคุมการเปิด/ปิด ระบบ AI และตั้งค่า Presets ล่วงหน้าได้ง่าย โดยไม่ต้องใช้งาน หรือควบคุมผ่านโปรแกรม หรือหากต้องการการตั้งค่าแบบละเอียด ก็สามารถตั้งค่าผ่าน Web Browser ได้
